Giovanni Niccolò Antichi (Grosseto, July 25, 1988) is a graduate in Corporate Law at Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome (110/110 Summa cum Laude and Special Acknowledgement) with final dissertation on “Analysis of European discipline on cross-border crisis management in the banking sector: current regulation and prospects for reform”. Since April 2012, professor Gustavo Visentini called him as researcher at Bruno Visentini Foundation where he joined the research team which worked on “Shareholders’ rights at the meeting”. He presented First Results of “The functionality of the meetings: the current Italian legislation in an international comparison” Research at the Conference on “The renewal of the legal infrastructure of the Italian System. The malfunctioning of institutions holding back the economy” held in Rome, at Camera dei Deputati (Chamber of Deputies), on 10 February 2014.
He is a Ph.D. Candidate in Business Law at Luiss Guido Carli University. Before returning to Rome, he attended the first year of Ph.D. Program at Bocconi University in Milan.
Actually I is at Max Planck Institute in Hamburg as Visiting Fellow.
He has authored contributions for Italian law journals and studies centers and Academic Member of ECGI. He is admitted to the Bar at the Court of Grosseto.
